UNPARALLELED LEVEL MEASUREMENT

UNPARALLELED LEVEL MEASUREMENT

iCrusher provides unparalleled level measurement in dynamic environments like secondary and tertiary crushers. This reliable level measurement which can filter falling material and focus on the material level allows operators to sustain a choke feed.

This technology has been proven to increase fine crushing productivity while reducing maintenance.

EFFICIENT MATERIAL PROCESSING

Maintaining a Choke Feed in Secondary and Tertiary Crushers is crucial for good performance. This ensures most efficient processing of material by maximizing inter-particle crushing, that is: rock-on-rock compression, which improves particle size distribution, reduces liner wear and ring bounce and maximizes throughput and energy efficiency. indurad provides a reliable level measurement to enable crusher feed control.

With iCrusher a correct choke feed is always guaranteed.

iCrusher improves the productivity of secondary and tertiary crushers.

Business Case Calculations

FROM 540TPH TO 870TPH

“We have finally achieved sustained full choke feed on tertiary crusher. The hopper feed level is now being controlled by the iLDR level sensor and belt feeder logic.
Tonnage rate is estimated to be around 800 tph, up from 540 tph.

There is some minor fine tuning still remaining which will be completed over the coming weeks to improve the crusher hopper balance and bring tonnage up to OEM nameplate of 870 tph.

Many thanks to all who helped to get to this milestone. Please pass on my thanks to those in your teams who have assisted.

Now it’s time to transfer the learnings across to the remaining tertiary crushers.”
