iSceen is providing bulk load condition data for single deck and multi deck ore screens.

When screens are run close to their capacity limits, the separation performance is negatively impacted by small changes in a wide range of parameters (particle size distribution, feed volume, humidity, …). Measuring these single impact factors is expensive and requires complex models.

 

Measuring the screen occupancy factors like ore bed height and flow allows indirect measurement of the actual changes rather the input factors. The data can be used both in a conventional control loop with parameterized curves but as well with modern AI artificial intelligence with Advanced Process Control.
